1. Quickbooks Online Setup & Review
Make sure that your account is set up correctly and review your chart of accounts. Customize as needed: chart of accounts, products and services & bank feeds.
2. Clean Up / Catch Up
Enter or review all historical data in your QBO file. Review & categorize as needed all transactions.
3. Financial Reports
Provide the Main Three financial reports - Balance Sheet, Income Statement & Statement of Cash Flows. Detailed report explaining all the work done in phone/video review meeting.

Every business is different, therefore your needs are different. We customize the Clean Up / Catch Up Service based on the number of months that need to be completed & number of accounts that need to be reconciled.
Now booking clients
Here is how it works:
Step 1.
Book a Discovery call where we can learn more about your business, how much help you need & give you a quote based on the needs of your business.
Step 2.
If you are good with the quote, you add us to your existing QBO account with accountant access & any needed banking information to a shared folder.
Step 3.
We get to work cleaning up your account! We go thru each account & make sure all transactions are correct & reconcile bank/credit accounts.
Step 4.
Once completed, we will send you updated financial reports, a detailed report of the work performed & schedule a review meeting.
