Easy option 1 - Google drive - create a folder for the year and then sub-folders for each month. Upload all your receipts from your email and photos of your paper receipts too.

Easy option 2 - Hubdoc - this is what I use for each of my clients. You get a dedicated email address where you can forward any email to or create a new email and attach a photo. Information is captured and saved by date on the receipts.
